Taylor is a seasoned audio engineer and production director whose career was forged in the demanding, electrifying world of New York City's live music scene. A graduate of SAE Institute of Technology in NYC, he spent years behind the console at some of the country's most iconic venues.
As the former house engineer at Dizzy's Club — Jazz at Lincoln Center's legendary jazz room — Taylor ran front-of-house and monitor audio for over 500 shows, maintaining broadcast-quality standards trusted by JALC and Sirius/XM recording engineers.
He also serves as Director of Production at Electric Root, a dynamic collective of artists on a mission to heal and uplift communities through the brilliance of Black music, where he orchestrates multi-city tours and develops strategies to boost ticket revenue and audience growth. As an Events Producer at Vibe Crafters, he curates live music experiences that elevate high-end events for premier venues.
Taylor's experience spans Fortune 500 corporate events to intimate jazz clubs, and he brings that same standard of excellence to every community event, fundraiser, and celebration Roig Productions touches.

Santiago brings deep technical expertise and a passion for mentorship to Roig Productions. Together with Taylor, he helps drive the company's commitment to both professional audio production and community education.
His background in live sound and audio engineering complements the team's ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results across a wide range of event types — from intimate acoustic performances to large-scale productions.
Santiago is instrumental in the company's education initiatives, helping develop curriculum and lead hands-on workshops that give the next generation of Colorado audio engineers real-world skills and confidence.
